PGW chief unfazed by DA probe: Hawes says his company can disprove allegations

James Hawes III examines the long list of charges levied against him and his staff at the Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) and chuckles. The PGW chief executive is comfortable in the knowledge it all has been blown out of proportion.
