Essay winners, Gandhi volume feted in New York

A compilation of letters written by Mahatma Gandhi to Americans was released here last week.

Edited by Dr. E.S. Reddy, former assistant secretary general to the United Nations, and published by Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan, U.S.A., the book contains letters Gandhi wrote to former President Theodore Roosevelt and other prominent Americans of his era.
