Title VI D-Day next week in Nashville

Sept. 30 could prove to be an epochal day for the State of Tennessee.

Next week in Nashville, the state government will convene hearing to discover how its various departments will begin or continue to spend money with businesses owned by minorities and woman as outlined by Title VI of the U.S. Constitution.

Or, next week in Nashville a certain committee room in the state's Capitol Building will reverberate with deceit, hypocrisy and perhaps even cowardice in support of officially sanctioned economic racism when the Title VI ...
