CYCLE: Leblanc aims for Tour de France clean up

PARIS, June 15 AFP - Tour de France director Jean-Marie Leblanc will be naming the names of
riders and officials banned from this year's race tomorrow as part of a major drive to prevent
another drugs scandal during this year's event.

Last year's Tour saw team pull-outs, go-slows by riders after early morning drugs busts,
and other incidents sparked off by Festina masseur Willy Voet being caught with a car full of
banned substances.
