VIC: Teras Cabal to challenge refugee refusal in High Court

MELBOURNE, Dec 24 AAP - Lawyers for Teresa Cabal, wife of detained Mexican businessman
Carlos Cabal Peniche, have launched a High Court challenge to a decision by Immigration
Minister Philip Ruddock to deny her refugee status.

They are also challenging the decision to deny refugee status to her sister-in-law
Monserrat Gonzalez Karras, her brother Marco Pasini Bertran and Mrs Cabal's four children,
Carlos Junior, Sophia, Ana Maria and Teresa.
