BASK: Townsville defeats Canberra 120 107

TOWNSVILLE, Dec 4 AAP - A rejuvenated Simon Kerle scored 33 points as Townsville took
another tentative step on the long road back from the bottom of the NBL table with a
resounding 120-107 defeat of Canberra at the Swamp here tonight.

The Crocs now have the chance to build some momentum after a disastrous start with an away
win over Brisbane on Saturday night.

While Kerle was shooting sweetly it was his starting five replacement Brad Davidsons 11
points and the defensive job he did on Canberras Jamie ...
