Hooker `Boogies' Into Town: Hooker Has Been A Major Influence On Rock `n' Roll

John Lee Hooker,"King of the Boogie," rumbles his way back to Sacramento on Friday, June 12 at 7:30 p.m. for a night of blues guaranteed to have audiences in the isles.

Along for the ride this year are fellow Blues Hall - of - Famer Charles Brown and his distinctive style of tickling the ivories, as well as Sacramento jump swing favorites, The Hucklebucks.
