"What's green outside and amazing inside?"

That's the question on the cover of the new brochure on watermelon, produced by the Vegetable Marketing Board (watermelon is a vegetable from the gourd family). There must be a bumper crop of watermelon this year, since the VMB invested quite a bit in this artfully designed brochure with recipes and photographs by Gabi Samelson.
