WA: Bridgetown residents told to get out if not ready for fire

PERTH, Jan 17 AAP - Residents living around Bridgetown in Western Australia's south-west
have been told to leave their homes immediately if they're not prepared to stay and fight
an approaching bushfire.

The Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) said residents living in the area
north of Peninsula Road, east of Maranup Ford Road, west of Hester Road North and south
of Greenbushes who are not prepared for the fire should leave now.
