NSW: Selim cleared of criminal charges but judge fines Pan $10m

SYDNEY, Sept 19 AAP - Pan Pharmaceuticals founder Jim Selim has been cleared of criminal
charges, but a judge has savaged the conduct of his collapsed firm, fining it $10 million.

An hour after Mr Selim claimed vindication for five years of "persecution" by federal
authorities, NSW District Court Judge John Nield said Pan Pharmaceuticals "criminal acts"
