PetroChina Kunlun Gas Expands Business in Yunnan

KUNMING, Sep 15, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- PetroChina Kunlun Gas Co., Ltd. will set up Kunming Kunlun Gas, a joint venture with Yunnan Investment Group, Kunming Gas (Group) Shareholding Co., Ltd., and Yunnan Chang'an Investment Co., Ltd.

The four parties have inked a cooperative framework agreement on the natural gas utilization in Kunming City of southwest Yunnan Province, according to which Kunming Kunlun Gas will be 51% owned by PetroChina Kunlun Gas, 20% owned by Yunnan Investment Group, 20% owned by Kunming ...
