New state comptroller expected to move forward Tze'elim 2 investigation

The Knesset State Control Committee will meet this month to discuss the state of affairs in the state comptroller's investigation of the Tze'elim 2 military accident, committee chairman Yossi Katz announced yesterday.

Katz spoke at the end of a ceremonial session of the committee to welcome the new state comptroller, Eliezer Goldberg, who assumed his position at the beginning of the month. In their welcoming remarks, many of the MKs mentioned the report and urged Goldberg to release it as soon as possible.
