FED: Annual inflation blows out to 4.5 per cent =2

The ABS said the most significant price rises during the June quarter were an 8.7 per
cent jump in petrol prices, while deposit and loan facilities surged 9.5 per cent.

These were partly offset by price drops for fruit (7.4 per cent) and vegetables (6.5 per cent).
