Soc: Sixteen arrested in Klagenfurt during Germany v Croatia
KLAGENFURT, Austria, June 13 AFP - Sixteen fans of different nationalities were arrested
following minor disputes tonight in Klagenfurt, as Germany and Croatia played a group
stage match, police said.
The fans were questioned by police and charged with various criminal and administrative
offences, Klagenfurt police said in a statement, without giving any details about the
identities of those arrested.
Celebrations remained peaceful however in the south Austrian city, despite fears that
