THE country's first Asian folk-drama festival kicks off next Thursday
with performances, running until Sunday evening, of two plays at the Thailand
Cultural Centre amphitheatre on Ratchadaphisek Road. The cultural extravaganza
recommences on July 23 and winds up finally on the evening of July 26.
The event includes exchange activities such as demonstration lectures
and training classes tailored to the needs of drama students and other
interested individuals.
Organised by the TCC in conjunction with the Office of the National
