Fed: Second round of spending cuts being considered - Tanner
The federal government's razor gang is back in action .. with a second round of spending
cuts to be announced later this year.
Finance Minister LINDSAY TANNER says they didn't have much time between being elected
last November .. and the May budget .. to come up with the 33 billion dollars of cuts
over four years.
