Fed: Climate change measures target households
The Government will hand out low interest loans of up to 10 thousand dollars .. to
cut water and power use as part of a 2.3 billion dollar fund to tackle climate change.
But there's bad news in tonight's budget for wealthier families hoping to install solar
panels on their roofs .. they no longer qualify for the eight thousand dollar rebate.
