Vic: Country first home buyers to get $3000 bonus

Country Victorians buying their first home will receive a three thousand dollar bonus
under new incentives announced in the state budget.

Extra spending on health .. education .. roads and transport also spearhead the funding
package for regional and rural Victorians.
