NSW: Parents misguided on long day childcare workers: survey
A survey shows more than a third of Australia's long day childcare workers have no
formal qualifications and most parents overestimate their formal skills.
The national survey shows 62 per cent of parents believe at least one in four staff
at the centre their child attends has a university degree.
