Ningbo Fuda to Shift to Real Estate Development
NINGBO, May 06, 2008 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Ningbo Fuda Company Limited (600724.SHSE) today announced a combined share placement and asset swap plan in order to buy about CNY 8 billion worth of real estate assets from its majority shareholder.
According to the plan, it would transfer its 90 percent stake in affiliated water factory and 25 percent stake in Hangzhou Green Energy Environmental Protection Power Co. to the shareholder Ningbo Urban Construction Investment Holding Co. in exchange for the shareholder's ...
