The "Rock My Soul" exhibit at the Martin Luther King Jr. Cleveland Public Library branch tells the story of the Black legacy of Rock 'n' Roll while showcasing visual art. It begins to explain what soul music is and creates a context for the music by considering its contributions to other genres. Nine genres of music are featured in the exhibit, displaying how music has influenced every generation.
