Jiangxi Copper Raises CNY3.95bn via Additional Offering
JIANGXI, Oct 15, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600362 and SEHK: 0358) has issued 123 million more shares to nine appointed investors at CNY 31.3 apiece, raising CNY 3.95 billion, the China's largest copper producer announced on October 11, 2007.
The company's capital stock increased to 3.023 billion shares. Jiangxi Copper Group saw its stake in Jiangxi Copper rise to 44.75% from 42.31%.
