The FBI and police on the Caribbean island of Trinidad recently joined forces in the arrest of four men suspected of plotting to attack New York's JFK Airport. It may seem an unlikely alliance, but it's the second time in as many years that the FBI and Trinidad police have worked on a case. What's less known is that the bureau also helped Trinidad police break up a kidnapping ring that had terrorized the island.
