NSW: New era for NSW police as Scipione named commissioner

SYDNEY, June 26 AAP - Incoming NSW Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione says he is privileged
to have been chosen to lead the state's police force into a new era.
Mr Scipione, who has served as deputy commissioner since 2002, was today confirmed
as the replacement for Commissioner Ken Moroney, who retires on August 31.
