May 8, 2007 Good morning. My name is Leslie Vagneur Lange. I am a national
director for the American Quarter Horse Association from my home state
of Colorado. I am a professional horsewoman and judge for the American
Quarter Horse industry. It is my hope and that of AQHA`s that by providing
this testimony, common sense legislation can be addressed that will not
adversely affect horses, owners or the industry ...
