Statement of Arlinda F. Locklear, Esquire Attorney Lumbee Tribe of North
Carolina Committee on House Natural Resources April 18, 2007 It is my privilege
to make this statement as counsel for the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina
in support of H.R.65, a bill to extend full federal recognition to the
Tribe. In the interest of full disclosure, I should inform the committee
