Fed: New brown coal plant the wrong path - Greenpeace
CANBERRA, March 12 AAP - Greenpeace says the federal government is taking the wrong
path in backing a new low-emissions technology power plant, fuelled by brown coal, in
Victoria.
The new project at Loy Yang in eastern Victoria is expected to benefit from a $100
million grant from the federal government.
