PETER, Minn. -- Many Gustavus Aldophus College students went to bed election night believing that Andy Davis would be named the next Representative of District 23A, but awoke on Wednesday morning to learn that Gustavus professor of communications Terry Morrow had actually taken the seat. The polls were leaning in Davis' direction late Tuesday night and it seemed difficult to imagine that Morrow could make up such a significant difference so late in the night.
