Vic: Welfare agencies resort to tents for homeless

MELBOURNE, Nov 16 AAP - Northern Victorian welfare agencies are handing out tents to
homeless people because of a lack of emergency housing.
Two welfare agencies said they had given tents to homeless people as a last resort
when temporary housing at local caravan parks and boarding houses had run out.
