Fed: Cowra Abattoir placed into liquidation

SYDNEY, Sept 11 AAP - Workers at the Cowra Abattoir in NSW are hoping a buyer will
rescue the beleaguered company after creditors voted to place it into liquidation today.

A crowd of former workers from the plant today met with other creditors and voted unanimously
to put the company into liquidation.
