JOHOR BARU: Just as the shock over the kidnap and murder of a seven-year-old boy in Subang Jaya is settling in, a similar case is brewing here.

The victim, also seven and identified as Lo Ching Poon, has been missing since April 25.
But unlike the case in Selangor, there has been no ransom demand for the release of Ching Poon, which is baffling police and her parents.

The parents are in agony as they await news of their youngest daughter.
