1 UTAMA Shopping Centre's innovation and creativity in developing its brand as an events and lifestyle shopping centre with focus on fashion, food and beverage and entertainment, has won it a platinum award for "Shopping Complex of the Year".

The award was presented during the prestigious Retail World Excellence Awards 2006-2007 ceremony held at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel recently.
