Father Dominic Emmanuel arrived for tea at the Maurya Sheraton Hotel in the
Diplomatic Enclave area in New Delhi with a few impressions of United
States President George W Bush already formed in his mind.
Having seen the American President a number of times on television issuing
proclamations on war and edicts on Iraq, Father Emmanuel figured Bush was a
stem man.
And perhaps not that likeable.

; A CATHOLIC priest died early today in a blaze at his home in East Sussex. Firefighters found Father Patrick Emmanuel in the upstairs bathroom of the presbytery, which is next door to the Church of the Immaculate Conception of Our Lady in Peacehaven. Father Emmanuel was the only person inside.
