Advantech AMT, a manufacturer of satellite and terrestrial wireless communication equipment with corporate headquarters in Montreal, Canada, announced that it has completed the transfer of the Satellite Networks group from EMS Technologies, Inc. into the Advantech SatNet division.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
