If there hadn't been two million people watching, Marianne Timmer might have won a husband on top of her speedskating gold on Sunday.

Still giddy from her unexpected victory in the 1,000 meters, Dutch television put her in direct contact with her boyfriend Henk Timmer, the backup goalie of the Dutch soccer team, live on NOS Studio Sport Sunday.
