Soc: Uruguay has divine right to play in World Cup - Recoba

SYDNEY, Nov 14 AAP - Uruguay has a divine right to play in the World Cup finals, according
to star striker Alvaro Recoba, the architect of the goal that defeated Australia in their
first qualifying match.
Recoba said it was only natural for countries like Australia to try to reach next year's
finals in Germany....
