Qld: Betfair 'end of Qld racing industry as we know it':minister
BRISBANE, Nov 4 AAP - Betfair will bleed money out of Queensland's racing industry
and spell the end of racing "as we know it", Racing Minister Robert Schwarten says.
Tasmanian Premier Paul Lennon yesterday announced his government's approval for a joint
venture between the British online gambling agency Betfair and Kerry Packer's Publishing
and Broadcasting Limited.
