Statement of Raymond F. Rees Adjutant General, State of Oregon Committee
on House Government Reform October 20, 2005 Mr. Chairman and members of
the Committee, I am Major General Raymond F. Rees; I serve as The Adjutant
General for the State of Oregon. I am pleased that you invited me here
today to discuss the important role that the National Guard plays in Homeland
Defense, Homeland Security and disaster relief and recovery. We have all
