Over 4,000 delegates from India and 47 other countries, attended the
week-long 2005 World Convocation of the Self-Realization Fellowship that
focused on the teachings of spiritual leader Paramahansa Yogananda, at an
convention, held August 7-13, at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in downtown
Los Angeles, California.

Yogananda (1893-1952), author of the best-selling Autobiography of a Yogi,
founded SRF, a worldwide non-profit religious organization, in 1920. With
its headquarters atop Mount Washington in Los Angeles, SRF focuses on Kriya
