Visually striking photographs, beautifully vibrant paintings, and extensive
murals line the walls of the Smithsonian's Anacostia Museum and Center for
African American History and Culture as a part of a four-month long
exhibition featuring artwork by and about African Americans.

The museum's exhibition, on display through October 16, is a combination of
three artistic showcases highlighting the work of African American
painters, photographers, and muralists including Walls of Heritage, Walls
