The Inter*Im Community Development Association (ICDA) and its staffers will
have a busy summer as several projects are in the works to improve the
International District.

One of Inter*Im's projects is slowly working into the neighborhoods skyline
as the Nihonmachi Terrace (NT) Family Housing Project begins to take shape
on South Maynard/Main Street.

NT will house 50 low-income families as well as provide parking and office
space. The building will also be the new home of Inter*Im's new office said
Tom Im, Neighborhood Planner at the organization.
