DISASTER struck the national squad on the 134km Stage One of the Tour of
Indonesia yesterday, but clubside Le Tua saved the blushes with a
credible performance.
The stage from Bandung to Cirebon ended in a 20-man sprint finish which
was won by Giant Asia's Paul Griffin, who pulled on the yellow jersey,
but down the order Team Malaysia's challenge was in tatters.
Five-man Le Tua led an unsuccessful chase pack of 22 to hunt down a
