Thursday, September 1, 2005 -- In a scathing attack on the defense establishment, State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss heavily criticized the IDF for its inconsistent reports regarding the armored protection of soldiers.

Following up on a previous report, the comptroller reexamined the IDF's progress in supplying enough bulletproof vests and helmets to its soldiers.
