Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez broadcast his "Alo Presidente" show from the western tip of Cuba Sunday, side by side with Cuban leader Fidel Castro as the two flaunted the chumminess that irks U.S. officials accusing them of fomenting instability in Latin America.
