Ernest Flagg seeks council seat

Detroit City Council candidate Ernest G. Flagg, is a lifelong Detroiter who
believes in the city's enormous potential.

Like Judge Greg Mathis, he was at one time caught up in street life, but
made a decision to turn his life around. Today, the father of three is
contributes regularly to his city, such as volunteering with a neighborhood
city hall and doing watch patrol duty on Angel's Night.

"Crime in the city must be adequately addressed if citizens' perception of
safety is to improve," he said.
