Screen superstar and activist Danny Glover showed more of his professional
and personal sides at the Wells Fargo Pavilion in downtown Sacramento
recently.

Presented by the Sacramento Theatre Company (STC), the event entitled "An
Evening With Danny Glover," was an enthralling success.

"He was very entertaining," said Monique Fershon of Glover.

"I learned things about him I didn't know," she added.

As STC's artistic director, Peggy Shannon sat opposite of Glover (both
