Vic: Family set up "kingdom" to avoid paying tax, court

A Victorian court has heard that members of a Shepparton family who declared their
farm an independent kingdom, were attempting to distance themselves from the laws of Australia.

The court was told that the RIGOLI family named their property the Principality of
Ponderosa, to avoid paying tax.
