A FIGHT for the administrative control of Kuala Lumpur is brewing between
the Federal Territory Umno and the Datuk Bandar. ABDUL RAZAK AHMAD weighs

THE one thing that irks Federal Territory Umno is the fact that Kuala
Lumpur is run by a civil servant instead of a politician.
