Soc: Durante rules out legal action

SYDNEY, June 6 AAP - Newcastle United Jets defender Andrew Durante has ruled out legal
action after having his leg smashed in a questionable tackle, instead opting to completely
focus on returning to the soccer field.
Durante's right tibia and fibula bones were broken for the second time when Central
Coast striker Nick Mrdja made a late tackle in the first round of the FIFA Club World
Championship qualifiers in Gosford on May 7.
