As extra time and extra work loomed Wednesday night, Milan finally roused itself in its Champions League second-leg semifinal against PSV Eindhoven. With 90 minutes showing on the giant scoreboard around the ground and the two teams level, Milan struck.Massimo Ambrosini, who had spent the previous hour-and-a-half focused on defensive duties in midfield, found himself in front of the PSV goal with the ball in front of his face, placed there by a cross from Kaka.
